Yeah it's a bit cluttered. Usually it's completely empty except for my gmail widget and the recycling bin. The documents are for a final assignment, so I put them there for quick access.

The folders are for my current game project, again for quick access.

I searched and it pulled up microsofts page and I couldn't find where the download/install button was.. but it did say this:

Windows XP does not include Windows Media Center. Upgrade to turn your PC into a TV.

But I know XP has the option cause my Uncle has it apparently.. >_<

Windows XP Media Center is one of the editions of Windows XP. The style is called Royal Blue and can be downloaded here (http://www.softpedia.com/get/Desktop-Enhancements/Themes/Royale-Theme-for-WinXP.shtml). Google might have helped you.
I used it too on my old computer.
