I have somehow transpired to be in a foul mood tonight for no particular reason. It started out when some stupid AI in Need for Speed: Shift, and then the pressure of work, sudden onset of that darn loneliness and a few other little things decided to make me feel crap. Urgh, I try to be cheery and happy as much as possible but sometimes you just get nights like this. Sleep will help, but I don't want to sleep yet as I have a sucky day ahead tomorrow.

On the plus side, my Spice and Wolf DVDs came today!

My day was actually quite fine. A girl walked into me in the hall today at school and then laughed at me when I dropped my things. <_< I only dropped a few papers and stuff but two very polite people helped me collect everything. ^.^ I had to walk by the smokers' corner today and ended up coughing as I passed by and every single person there started laughing at me. I was super annoyed but didn't say anything and then a girl from a group consisting of three boys and one other girl said, "Oh no, someone clean! Let's laugh at her..." and then glared at them, laughing quite rudely. XD I felt kinda bad, even though I wasn't the one who said it, though... lol A boy who I just recently met decided to pay for my lunch today; I made the mistake of saying I had forgotten my wallet at home and that's why I wasn't getting anything, when in all actuality I just wasn't hungry. He ended up spending $24.97 on me for a salad, orange juice and some ice cream. I felt like a jerk but it made me happy that he already considered me enough of a friend to expend the money. ^.^ I found out during English class that my overall average for all of my classes is 98%. I want Winter back. v.v lol It's far too hot outside. @.@ My allergies are going to start up soon, which is super lame. lol So yah... I'm in an alright mood. =d

Also I did well as my character in our safe grad skit, the teacher thought I was awesome and she was quite impressed with me (she is hard to please too since she is so anal/is a perfectionist). And I am not even the lead character XD so I felt like I stole the spotlight for a bit :P

Horrible! One of my pet rats (I have two <3) has been really, really ill. She got to the point where she couldn't even walk and I completely dedicated myself to ensuring she got better. I was extremely happy and relieved because she'd been doing a lot better. She could walk on her own with ease again and she was even very energetic! But then yesterday her health took a dive again. I canceled her vet appointment because I thought she was all better but now I have to reschedule it and I don't know how long it'll be before they can see her. </3 I had to move my hedgehog into my little sister's room because she's really old and I'm scared that what Lily has could be contagious. I kept her with Honey, my other rat, and she's perfectly healthy. I moved Lily to a smaller cage as soon as she fell ill, though so I'm still not 100% that it isn't contagious. Better safe than sorry. </3 I still play with my hedgehog everyday, I just don't wanna go near her after I've touched Lily, just in case.

Lily's getting worse. I think it's a respiratory infection and if it is she'll likely die if I don't get her to the Vet. and get her some medication. </3 My mom freaked when she found out how much it would cost to take Lily to a Vet. and canceled the appointment I made. I made a new appointment, she doesn't know about it. I keep asking my mom for the money but the appointment is soon and if she won't willingly expend it I'm going to steal from my mother. HORRIBLE, I KNOW! Especially after everything she's done for me. But I can't watch Lily suffer. She's my best friend. I won't watch her suffer. My mother has an ungodly amount of money, she's just unwilling to expend any of that because she thinks Lily's "just a rat". She's not just a rat, she's my best friend and I refuse to lose another one, not when I can make her better. I'm a good kid, I've never done anything bad to anyone but I will steal money from her. I'll take it from her wallet before I leave. I'll steal the money for the taxi, too.

Awwww!! I hate how expensive it is to get your pet treated. v.v It shouldn't cost so much money, what if someone who doesn't have a lot of money has a sick pet? It's not fair that they have to watch them suffer just because they can't afford surgery or medication. And none of the places I called were willing to take payments when my dog broke her leg and it was $1384 just to get it fixed. Honestly, how many people can afford that all at once? My mommy was poor, we ended up eating nothing but peanut butter toast that whole month! It was fun, though. =d

$5000, though? HOLY COW!!! I thought Lily's bill was expensive but my Vet. only charges $58 to get her checked and on the phone the lady I spoke to said the medication would only be around $300. I hope everything works out for you, Depu. d^.^b

Lily's getting better, though!!! lol She still doesn't have too much energy but other than that she's doing well. She's been eating and drinking a lot, too. I had to refill her food dish three times today and her water bottle twice. =^.^= I'm still gonna take her to the Vet., though. Just in case.

EDIT: I made her sound fat. >.< lol I refill her food dish when it gets to the half point and her water bottle when it gets to the 1/4 point. ^.^;

Sorry to hear that. I've had multiple pets die due to sickness . Putting them down is the hardest thing though. I hope you feel better. :(

lol, my dog is blind in one eye. She suffered head trauma from when she was a puppy that caused her eye to basically "sink" into her skull and grow to be defective, more or less. Another dog I have is old and blind, and she does the same thing. It's almost her time to pass. :(

I am okay, could be better. Yesterday I started my introduction week / KEI week, and the group I am in are okay people. But they are all German and constantly spoke German to each other while I did not understand what they were saying. But sometimes the KEI leader would say to them to speak English as I could not understand German. So that kind of helped, but they still spoke German amongst each other anyway. I don't really care regardless as I am not really interested in hearing what they have to say when they are not addressing me. On a more positive note, I decided I would join the Groninger Debating Society. I was also spammed with a ton of leaflets of information... so many... leaflets... @_@;

Today though, my second day, I was looking forward to it quite a lot as there were student societies and sport societies to join. I decided I would join rowing, and I might give climbing a shot as well. As for Jui Jutsu or Aikido though, I'm actually not so sure just yet. Also not sure if I will join Aegir or Gyas which are the two rowing societies. Aegir is associated with The Vindicat, and Gyas is a stand-alone rowing society. Gyas is cheaper, but I get the impression that Aegir has better equipment on board. Aegir is mighty expensive though, so based on that alone I think I will go for Gyas.
Another note though, when I was done looking at the sport societies, I wanted to join up with my KEI group, but after some sniffing around, I found out that they had left earlier without notifying me. I also realized at this point I freakin' forgot to bring my mobile phone so they could not contact me either. However, when I got home, I checked my phone and found no missed calls or messages from anyone. So it basically means that they just left without even thinking about me, as they didn't even try to contact me. Kind of a bummer, I was expecting a bit more responsibility from my KEI leaders as they had my phone number. Pretty disappointing!
Oh well though, the day isn't over yet, at 18:00 hours or so I will go to the big market place to watch a parade. Lets hope that puts a nice finish to the day!

Im feeling really sad today. My cat my have ingested some anti-freeze and the vet may have to put him down. Feel like iv failed him you know, how can you watch your cat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to prevent them from roaming and eating or drinking things that they shouldnt. Then i think that people should dispose of their rubbish, specially toxic rubbish correctly you know then innocent animals wont end up sick or dead.
