Hey there, everyone.

The name's Jack, and I was a member of HHN a long time ago (although, I could not remember the name I used back then if my life depended on it). I've missed being a part of a community, so I started looking up active Final Fantasy communities, to which I found none. Granted, most of the forums I visited had one or two users online, but they weren't really active, so I eventually stumbled upon this message board.

It's new, which means it's not dying like the other communities I've come across, so I think I'll stay here.

My top 5 favorite series are the following (not in any order of importance): Final Fantasy, Breath of Fire, Star Ocean, Phantasy Star, and the Tales Series.

Thanks, everyone. I'm kind of dismayed that the existence of fansites dedicated to offline RPG classics seems to be dwindling, as well as original jRPGs (when did the last original jRPG come out? 1992?). This site seems to be good, though.

Well, thank you! I have to admit, though, that I haven't actually completed any Tales games yet.

You played Tales of Vesperia?

Not yet. I was going to get that when I picked up Final Fantasy XIII and Star Ocean: The Last Hope, but no stores that I called had it. It's definitely the #1 must-get game on my list now, though. If I need to, though, I'll order it online. Not many online stores service Canada, though.
